Hi Everyone,

After 5 years as the co-founders of Upright Labs, both Jackson and I are stepping down immediately and moving into founder-advisor roles. Siera Smith, our Director of Services, will be stepping in as the new president.

Both Jackson and I are so proud of what we’ve built and how we’ve helped our customers grow. When we first started this company 5 years ago, we had no idea it would blossom into the company it is today with over 30 people dedicated to helping secondhand retailers thrive online. We’re incredibly excited for what’s to come and couldn’t be happier to have Siera take Upright to new heights.

Over the past few years, Siera was tasked with building out a team to streamline our clients physical operations. Siera took that challenge and built it into a world class team that has designed millions of sq ft of warehouse space, has helped launch and grow our clients by $100m+ in revenue, and so much more. Since Day 1 with Upright, Siera has been acutely focused on our customer interactions, growing our clients revenues, and our culture. All of which she has helped shape and define. Siera is the right person to grow Upright to its next phase as a business. Next week, Siera will introduce herself to customers.

The product and support you have been accustomed to will absolutely not change. In fact, the new leadership has plans on how to improve upon both to drastically improve your business operations.

It has been an absolute pleasure and honor to work with each and every one of our partners, clients, and team members. Building Upright is one of our greatest joys and accomplishments and we look forward to seeing each of our clients thrive with Upright in the coming years ahead.
