Upright Labs had the pleasure of working with Goodwill New York New Jersey this past spring for an operational audit and warehouse launch engagement. This engagement offered the GW NYNJ team members extras resources to ensure that human capital was operating as needed, to alleviate breaking points throughout the operation, and help resolve operational issues.
"Upright Labs has extensive experience in the post-retail market that no other consulting company could offer this, to the level Upright was able. This sets Upright out from the crowd," said Katy Gaul-Stigge, CEO of GW NYNJ.
The engagement focused in five main areas to accomplish the high level goals; transportation, trash, warehouse phase into operation, salvage leaking, and e-commerce potential. During COVID, Upright Labs was able to transition from our initial engagement to help support the GW NYNJ with COVID response, planning, and analysis, as the organization was tried with an unprecedented challenge.
